Is there a free trial?
No, a subscription is needed to use the extension. You can cancel any time from your account, and Kachingo keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
From the Account page in your dashboard, any time, in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is then not renewed.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded for a partial period, except where the law requires it. The refund policy has the details.
Are Google Flow credits included?
No. Videos are made in your own Google Flow account with your own credits; a Flow Pro plan gives you enough for daily videos. Kachingo charges no per-video fees on top.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed: the launch price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly works out at RM24.99 a month, 28% less than paying monthly. Monthly lets you start small and stop any month.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe's secure checkout, in Malaysian ringgit. Kachingo never sees your full card number.
