Refund & cancellation policy

Effective 26 October 2026

How cancelling a Kachingo subscription works, and when you can get money back. This policy is part of our terms of service.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time from the Account page in your dashboard. Nothing else is needed — no email, no call.
  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends. You are not charged again.
  • You can keep making videos until that date.

No free trial, so look first

There is no free trial. Before you subscribe, read the pricing page, watch the tutorial on the home page, and ask us anything on the contact page.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for a partial period. If you cancel part-way through a month or a year, you keep access until the end of it instead of receiving a refund.

We do refund you when:

  • you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you cancelled, because of a mistake on our side;
  • we stop offering Kachingo altogether — you get back the unused part of the period you paid for;
  • the law requires a refund.

Your rights under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by contract are not affected by this policy.

What we cannot refund

  • Google Flow credits, and any Google or TikTok plan you buy, are paid to those companies, not to Kachingo.
  • A video that did not turn out the way you wanted, or that a platform limited, is not a reason for a refund on its own. Tell us anyway — we will help you get it right.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may try it again. The extension may pause until a payment succeeds; nothing in your account is lost in the meantime.

How to ask for a refund

Write to emilyomalay@gmail.com or use the contact page, from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge. We will answer by email. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.
