Terms of service

What Kachingo does

Kachingo writes scripts and scene prompts for product videos, and its Chrome extension uses your own Google Flow account, in your own browser, to make the pictures and clips, join them, add captions and a call-to-action sticker, and save or post the result. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one seller or business. Do not share it or resell access to it.

Subscription and payment

• A paid subscription is needed to use the Kachingo extension. There is no free trial.
• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Malaysian ringgit, through our payment provider Stripe. The price is shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the payment method on file is charged for the next period, until you cancel.
• Launch price: if you subscribed at a launch price, that price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. If it ends and you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
• We will tell you in advance before any other price change applies to your renewal, so you can cancel before it does.
• If a payment fails, access to the extension may pause until it succeeds.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Account page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: Kachingo keeps working until then, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for a partial period, including when you cancel part-way through a month or a year, except where the law requires it. The refund policy explains the cases in which we do refund. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Your Google Flow, TikTok and Google Drive accounts

• Kachingo works through your own accounts, in your own browser. You need your own Google Flow account. The credits it uses, and any plan you buy from Google, are paid to Google, are your responsibility and are not included in a Kachingo subscription.
• You are responsible for following the terms and policies of Google, Google Flow, TikTok and TikTok Shop, including their rules on content, advertising and selling. Those services can limit, flag or suspend accounts at their own discretion; we do not control that and are not responsible for it.
• We never ask for your Google or TikTok passwords.

Your content

• You keep the rights you have in what you add to Kachingo — product details, photos, characters and other material — and, as between you and us, the videos made for you are yours. You allow us to process your content only to run Kachingo for you.
• You must have the right to use everything you add, including product photos, brand names, logos and especially the face and voice of any saved character. Never upload a person's likeness without their permission.
• Check every script and video before you post it. You are responsible for what it says about your products.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kachingo to:

• make false or misleading claims about a product, including health or medical claims you cannot support;
• promote products that are illegal, counterfeit, or not allowed on TikTok Shop;
• copy someone else's brand, content or likeness without permission, or pretend to be another person or business;
• make sexual, hateful, violent or harassing content;
• break the law, or the terms of Google, TikTok or any other service you use with Kachingo;
• interfere with, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Kachingo, or resell or share access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is fair and possible, we will tell you first.

AI-generated content

Scripts are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude), and pictures and clips are made by Google Flow. AI can make mistakes and can produce similar results for different people. Review everything before you publish it.

Availability

We work hard to keep Kachingo running, but it depends on services we do not control, including Google Flow, TikTok and Chrome. When they change, a feature may stop working until we adapt to it. We do not promise that Kachingo will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Liability

Kachingo is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or profits, or for anything Google, TikTok or another third party does to your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Kachingo and cancel at any time; to delete your account and its data, see the privacy policy. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we stop offering Kachingo altogether, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they apply. Using Kachingo after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
